I do just about everything to help the band get to where it deserves
to be.

I grew up in Lebanon.

I live in Lebanon.
When did you decide you wanted to be a musician?
The first time I heard our neighbor's son playing the drums. I was
eleven then but I couldn't start Playing until the age of twenty-five.
Why did you choose
the instrument that you did (or choose to sing)?
I really don't know what happened when I heard the sound of the drums.
It's beyond words.
How did you learn
to play the instrument?
I studied at the house of music in Queens, New York. I couldn't even
tell my dad about how bad
I wanted to play the drums. 3 brothers and 5 sisters, a big family I
knew that he was gonna say no way.
So, I waited until I moved to New York then I started saving my money
and what else can I tell you I'm 41 now and I'm still playing the
drums.
Did you begin
playing in your current genre?
Yes, I did. I really like to play many different
styles.

A- The first time I saw Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Jimmy Hendrix,
Richie Blackmore. I got blown away and that was it.

A- I bought some books all the way from London and started
teaching myself.

A- Yes I did. I also played different styles along the way.

A- I was about 10 years old when my brother bought a keyboard but
after a short while I started hearing myself playing some good
notes and my brother was amazed to see me playing the way I did.
So that is how I discovered my talent.

A- I just love the variety of sounds and beats you can get from
just one instrument.

learn to play the instrument?
A- I taught myself I bought some books and practiced a lot then I
started playing live on stage and that was really satisfying.

A- No I did not but after going deeper into rock music I just
loved it and forgot all about the rest.

A- All my brothers listen to rock music but none of them plays
it, so I decided to
play and what really pushed me to play bass is when I use
to listen to Black
Sabbath, Scorpions, Lake of Tears and Orphaned Land.

A- I took some courses with Mr. Aboud El-Saadi and then
practiced a lot.

A- Yes. All kinds of Rock Music.

a very early age I noticed that I was glued to the set every
time I saw a guitarist
play. Watching the following guys was and still the reason I
play the guitar now:
David
Gilmour, Eric Clapton, Richie Blackmore, Joe Satriani and Gary
Moore.

How did you learn to play the instrument?
A-
I learned a lot off the Internet. I found a lot of useful
information and of course practicing day and night has a lot to
do with becoming a good guitarist.

Did you begin playing in your current genre?
A-
Yes, I did. Right now I'm very happy playing with D.T.A
they are truly a band to be reckon
with.
